 I guarantee puppies from life threatening genetic disorders. If puppy is found to have congenital defect, I will replace the puppy with one of equal value, when available, upon the return of the original puppy along with registration papers. A copy of the vet report is also required detailing condition.  In such case, the buyer must contact seller immediately and schedule a return of the puppy within 3 days from when puppy is purchased.  If the buyer decides to keep puppy they will assume all future medical costs. Any vet bills incurred to diagnose, treat, or repair a problem will be the responsibility of the buyer, unless other arrangements have been made prior to treatment and signed by both parties in writing. The seller must be contacted immediately should the puppy become ill. I do not guarantee against conditions that may be triggered by stress related to the move to a new home or shipping process. This would include Coccidia, Giardia, kennel cough or an upper respiratory infection as these are unpredictable in a move. All puppies have been vaccinated and dewormed before leaving here. This warranty does not include hypoglycemia, as this can be prevented by buyer. Hypoglycemia, which is brought on by fasting, is common in Toy dog breeds, such as Brussels Griffons, and usually seen in puppies 5 to 16 weeks of age,but can be found at any age. Stress, low body temperature, poor nutrition, sudden change in feeding, watering and schedule patterns, infections, and other conditions may precipitate the onset of hypoglycemia. Some very small toy puppies are even more predisposed to Hypoglycemia since insufficient muscle mass may make it difficult for the body to store the glucose and keep its blood sugar properly regulated. Please take steps to ensure your pup does not become hypoglycemic. The seller is not responsible for vet costs of any kind once the puppy leaves my premises. I require deposit to hold a puppy. The deposit will be determined by availability, age, and other factors. Balance of pup is due 24 hours after health check by Good Life Brussels Griffon's vet. Pup cannot leave with complete balance being paid. Pups will be vet checked at 6-8 weeks, depending on their readiness for their new home and when vet can schedule appointment to see pup. All deposits are non-refundable.  If puppy is not paid for within this time frame, deposit will be forfeited by buyer, and seller reserves the right to keep or resale pup, unless prior arrangements have been made in writing and signed by both parties. If you would like us to hold pup after vet check, prior arrangements must be made upon placing deposit for pup to hold pup, in writing and signed by both parties. Pup must be picked up by 9 weeks or other arrangements must be made prior to making deposit, if pup is not picked up, seller reserves the right to keep or resale pup, unless the aforementioned arrangements have been made and agreed upon by both buyer and seller, in writing. If puppy doesn't pass his/her health check due to life threatening genetic defect, then you will receive a full refund of deposit or deposit that can be applied toward another puppy. The seller assumes no shipping costs associated with the sale or replacement of the puppy. If anytime in the life of this dog you are not able to care for it or keep it, I will ALWAYS take him/her back or try to place them in another wonderful home. I am to be contacted 1st, before a rescue or anyone else on finding any Brussels Griffon that has come from my home. The AKC offers limited registration in an effort to control breeding to those who hold to the highest standards of the breed, therefore, in this effort, we only allow limited registration and prohibit the breeding of any dog or puppy purchased from GLBG. This prohibition to breeding survives termination of contracts and transfer of ownership of puppies or dogs purchased from GLBG. Buyer acknowledges that if it is proven that breeding has occurred in pup/dog that was purchased from GLBG, they will forfeit their purchased dog and GLBG will have the right to reclaim ownership of said dog. You are required to notify any transfer or new owner of this prohibition to breeding and that all liability arising from failure to disclose this will be liability of the person in current ownership of dog at time of breeding. We additionally recommend that all dogs that are purchased from GLBG, be neutered or spayed to prevent accidental breeding to protect your ownership of purchased dog. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE ONE OF MY BRUSSELS GRIFFONS TO EVER TO BE PLACED IN A SHELTER, IF YOU FEEL LIKE YOU CANNOT ABIDE BY THIS, PLEASE DON'T CONTACT ME FOR A BRUSSELS GRIFFON. No exchange of money or replacement will be offered in this circumstance, buyer will contact me on how to physically return pup to my home. This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at time of sale. Buyer agrees to take puppy to the vet within 48 hours after getting it to be sure it is in good health. The buyer must agree to take good care of the above named dog, feed and house it properly. This is not in any way an outdoor dog and should never be housed as such. The buyer is responsible for the remainder of the vaccinating the dog that he/she will need after purchase. The buyer is obligated to give the above named dog proper physical and emotional care for the remainder of its life. The buyer must agree to house the dog indoors as its primary housing. We cannot guarantee exact date of when puppy will be ready to leave to be with his new home. We allow our pups to leave when it is safe to do so. Please make travel arrangement refundable as we do not cover or refund travel expenses or transportation costs for you to obtain your pup nor do we refund your price of your pup or deposit due to inability to come to pick up pup. We cannot guarantee coat of puppy/dog. We try to best advise with our experience. But, through our experience, we also know that there is no 100 percent certainty of coat at the age these pups are able to leave for their new homes. Take this into consideration when placing deposit on a puppy/dog. We retain the right to refuse or cancel at any point. If refusal to sale occurs, solely by seller, deposit will be refunded. It is recommended that you do not place the pup with other dogs, in grass such as yards, dog parks, etc, until all series of puppy shots and vaccinations have been given, including continued are such as flea and tick, heartworm treatment, etc, that is required to care for your pup/dog and keep him or her healthy. All dogs at any time can become susceptible to infections, virus, bacteria, etc. So as with any pet, Pay close attention to your pet and his/her safety and health and give prompt medical care is recommended for your beloved pet. The undersigned agrees to consider this a legally binding agreement, and disputes shall be litigated in Thayer County, Nebraska at buyer’s expense.

Puppy transportation: We want to make sure your puppy arrives safely at his/her destination. We have a vehicle pet transporter we can recommend who can bring your pup to you. We also can recommend a person that will fly with your puppy to your nearest airport. If you live in a surrounding state we will gladly meet you halfway for a small fee.

Puppy hold payments: This payment is to hold your puppy. The hold payment is determined per individual dog and is nonrefundable unless pup does not pass the health screen and has life threatening genetic disease, in which case please above. Hold payments are determined by available puppies, market values, and breeding specifics such as sire and dam. Pup will not be held until hold payment is received.
